SR10 - Explaining the priority input

No, there is not any priority input for SR10. You can listen to all the input devices simultaneously. When you have SMH10 connected to SR10, SR10 uses HFP so it has the highest priority. Thus SR10 overrides Intercom and Bluetooth A2DP music.

This almost sounds like it does what I want!  I have a Harley Ultra Classic with built in radio/CB.  I believe that I can buy an SR10 to connect the radio/cb and my phone and use the SR10 to route that to my SMH10.  If I do this, does that mean that I will not be able to use the inter-bike communication to talk to my wife on her SMH10?  Maybe I misread the explanation above.  I would hope that I could continue to connect to the other SMH10 with the "big button" and be able to use the bikes audio or  PTT to talk on the CB while not in inter-bike communication mode.

Even with SR10 linked to SMH10, rest of SMH10's functions are available as such intercom and music. In default use of SR10, usability such functions of SMH10 may be determined by audio activity from SR10 since SR10 uses HFP connection to SMH10 and HFP is highest priority on SMH10. However, user can temporarily override this by disabling SR10 audio to SMH10 to freely use rest of SMH10's functions.

How do you control volume on each input?

    Jmills,

There is no volume control on the SR10. Use the volume control on the device connected to the SR10.

I'm struggling to get my Sena SR10 to link up with the Sena SMH10 and Zumo 660  whilst conecting to an Intercom radio. I can either get the SR10 to pair with the SMH10 so I can use the radio or I can get the SR10 to pair with the zumo so I can hear music but th radio doesn't transmit when I push the PTT button (even though the transmit and receive LEDs light up on the two radios). What should I be pairing with what and in which order?

Justin, First pair the zumo 660 using the SMH10 phone pairing method:

Turn on the SMH10 and press the Phone Button (smaller button) for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue alternately and you hear multiple beeps. You will hear a voice prompt saying “Phone pairing”.
    2. Search for Bluetooth devices on your zumo (Tools> Settings > Bluetooth > Audio >add/change). Select the Sena SMH10 in the list of the devices detected on the zumo.

Pair your SR10 with the SMH10:

    1. Turn on the headset and press the Jog Dial for 5 seconds until the red LED is rapidly flashing and you hear multiple beeps.
    2. Within 2 seconds, tap the Phone Button again, then the LED turns to blue flashing and the beeps turn to high tone double beeps. You will hear a voice prompt saying “Multipoint pairing”.
    3. Turn on the SR10 and follow the SR10’s “Bluetooth Headset Pairing” procedure to complete the process. Please refer to the SR10 user's guide for details.
    4. When the pairing is completed, you will hear a voice prompt saying “Your headset is paired”.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I can confirm that the above works perfectly to get all of them linking together. I hadn't realised that it was the SMH10 that needed the tweaking - I had been concentrating on the SR10.

    Great result!
