20S - Voice Commands Heard.

Here is a list of all of the voice commands for the 20S and their functions.

*Note:

  • The voice command feature works only with English commands.
  • The performance of the voice command feature may vary based on the environmental conditions including riding speed, helmet type and ambient noise. To improve the performance, minimize the wind noise on the microphone by using the large microphone sponge and closing the visor.
  • To activate the voice command during non-stand-by functions, tap the Ambient Mode Button once or double tap the surface of the main unit.
  • If activating the voice command feature using the motion sensor does not work properly, then disable this feature through the Configuration Menu or the Sena Smartphone App, and press on the Ambient Mode Button once to enter the voice command mode.

The voice command “end intercom” will close the connection between any intercom connected headsets. If a member of the group intercom says the “end intercom” voice command then that person will terminate their individual connection from the group. *Note this will cause the group to split up as they are no longer holding the entire group together.
